Illustrations I can never get unfortunately.

First three due to an exclusive episode gotten from a code given out at Japan Expo 2013 (And I believe it was never even translated so people who got a code couldn’t do it on the US version anyway) and the latter three from Advent Calendars for 2013, 2014, and 2015.
